AT&T is ruining my life! Its jacked with my business and my personal life as well. Almost caused a breakup between my girl and me while she was out of town cause I couldn't get proper communication due to AT&Ts cruddy service. Been a customer for 10years. AT&T is in the gutter!

have had Verizon for years. Live east of Green Mtn. Used to be pockets here and there which were tolerable as long as I know where they were. Couple years ago they put up a new tower at top of Utah and reception improved greatly! all of a sudden this past year it has gotten worse than it ever was.. I have to go upstairs in my bathroom near the window to have a conversation. Not sure what happens but seems to be true with all carriers for that area.. I've asked friends to try at my house with their carriers and not any better.. SUCKS! Not sure what to do and I want to drop my land line but cannot til they get this better or find a carrier who does work.. need a new phone but not tying into another 2 yr contract with Verizon until I find a solution.. grrrrrrr... ... ... .

good 3g reception but I would really like to see better reception in my areas and I wish I could see where the 3g towers are for future reference's. I get about 2 3 bars the highest speed test shows about 60-120 kb / s download speed and even higher upload speeds interesting

I can only call from one place in my workplace. I have to stay very still in one spot or go outside. I called Verizon a few times on this and they updated the program, then they said they would go to a higher level investigation. I will ask for a tier 3 service call since I have read about here. I since their are 4-6 co-workers in a room and only one phone we depend on our cell phones for personal calls etc. It is very inconvenient and insane to pay so much for phone service you can not use.

No reception in Park Hill at all. You enter a dead zone as soon as you cross Quebec going west. Picks up again at Colo. Blvd. Also, in Baker south of downtown, not very good signal inside my bldg. but OK outside. Thinking about switching carriers but it sounds like AT and T and Sprint are even worse.

Just got home with our new Verizon phones! We love them! The service is so much better and 3G is faster. We are very happy with Verizon so far! We even get a discount from our employer. The Customer Service reps were very nice and helpful, too.

Very poor service with Sprint. We are switching to Verizon Wireless today. AT&T and Sprint have very poor service here. I would not advise anyone to try them!

I've been an AT&T customer for 13 years and have always thought so highly of their service. But this has all changed in the last two weeks. According to AT&T tech support, they made changes to network files about 2 weeks ago. As a result, my calls now partially drop - I can hear the other end, they can't hear me. This only happens in Washington Park at or near my home, not when I use my phone in other parts of town. Here's the rub: I can't get AT&T to tell me if I will get service back. After numerous attempts to resolve this, here are my findings. Their customer service is awful, their tech support doesn't follow up on commitments, their network is getting worse, and even their web site email link is broken. What has happened to ATT?

When I turn form 136th onto Cottonwood Lakes, I will drop 9 out of 10 calls. Coverage is between 0-4 bars but very inconsisitant. Making calls from my house, I get many calls failed and then it works other times?? T-Mobile's coverage maps show we have coverage but have confirmed there is a dead spot right around our house.

Problems persist since June 2009 to March 2010. I live next to Coors Field and any time there is even a minor event downtown I get no reception. During Rockies games, absolutely no service, which is 81 days of the year. I will be switching service becuase AT&T is doing nothing to increease capacity. Even on the Wednesday of St. Patty's day, no service downtown.

If you have an Iphone, dial *3001#12345#* to do a Field Test. This will tell you how good or bad your reception is. I drop over 60% of calls and replaced the 3G with a new one. It dropped the first 5 calls so I did this field test. It showed -90 to -100 levels, which is really bad. It should be below -70. I did call ATT and they said coverage in my area was good to excellent. Go figure...

im not sure if its my black berry, the service, or the sim card but my phone drops calls all the time. full reception will fail calls and randomly drops service all together

Dropped many calls already. Verizon said that they wanted to me to get a signal booster, which costs 250 dollars. Every other network works well in my house, even T-Mobile. I like Verizon but if they can't fix this, I am going to have to switch to something more reliable.

Near Green Mountain, the service from AT&T is god-awful. My phone has full bars one minute and is searching for service the next. Very frustrating.

throughout Denver I have had poor service from Sprint on several models of the Nextel phone. Calls drop randomly. Many places the signal just disappears. Since Sprint bought Nextel, it seems they have done nothing in the upkeep department. Service has gone down in quality drastically over the past five years. I would avoid Sprint at all costs. They charge way too much for inconsistant service

If I'm driving, it is almost guaranteed that I will drop a call. If I'm home, it is pretty safe but quality of the call can lag from time to time. AT&T customer service recommended I turn off 3G, which helps a little, but that isn't convenient. They blame it on the Iphone and the only other options were to buy a new phone or pay the early termination fee. Pretty disappointing that their service is so horrible in Denver, and they try and blame it on the phone rather than fix the problem.

Horrible reception at my home! I was told that I would need to buy a $200 extender to get better reception at my house. Nice one they pulled!

I get great reception with Sprint. I'm dropping AT&T even though I'll have to pay an early termination fee (I've been with AT&T 6 weeks!) beacuse they are awful. EVERY call I made or received was dropped!
