Talked with VW today, was told they would send a technician to the area to check out the problem. Also told about the network extender, which amplifies the signal in home and 5000 ft around it. Expensive 1 time fee ($250) but worth checking out. Search network extender on VW website.
No reception in this suburban Denver neighborhood. No reception within at least 3 block radius of Washington and Florida. Sprint is the worst phone carrier of all time.
I work from home and can NOT even use my phone - the reception is impossible in the house and lucky if I walk outside if I keep a call more than 5 minutes
Great reception here at my apartment. No dropped calls, and very fast internet data on my Internet card. The Wife also has Sprint as well with an instinct, and She has had great service as well, no dropped calls! I am very please with sprint, I have had them for 2 years now!
My husband and I both have AT&T Wireless. Different phones, same issues. Little to no coverage in the City Park West area of Denver (80205). We consistently have 1 to 2 bars, drop calls regularly, have calls go to VM without ringing, etc. This was not an issue when we had Cingular, but it appears the degradation has been severe with AT&T.
I live on the off side of Crown Hill. My former Verizon service was terrible, I dropped calls if I laid in the wrong position. My Mysto on Helio, which is carried by Sprint, has a perfect signal all around town, and especially at home!
