coverage in this area was poor until recentley. Sprint has added a new cell cite in the area which has significantly improved coverage in this neighborhood. phone even works reasonably well in the basement now. wireless data connection is now reliable if not blazing fast. there is an additional tower coming on line within the next several weeks that is even closer and should make coverage superb.

Alltel sucks. I moved here from FLorida and they told me that it would work out here fine and it SUCKS! I had to switch plans because I got no reception and all my calls were dropped. it was rediculous! I would NOT recommend having Alltel in this state! Sprint is awesome! I get calls everywhere!

Tower at 120th and Colorado. Tower at Washington St. and 112 (approx.) AT&T Cingular store at 120th and Washington Ctr Pkwy. there is no service in the parking lot outside the store but once you enter store you will have full service. When driving from Washington St. and 112th service drops off from full service to almost no bars. For company that states the fewest drop calls. Don't attempt to get cell service on AT&T network in the Target store. You'll get dropped.

Good reception in my area, but I agree the customer service is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE in the business.

In Timberleaf Apts. have to be by window in order to make calls, even then, it will disconect.

1-2 bars all the time. Just east of sheridan. Calls dropped all the time. Spend most of the time asking "can you hear me now?"

Unable to make calls from inside house. We have to go outside to talk on cell phone. Phones work greta in other parts of town such as 8th and Colorado, Aurora etc. Had similar problems with TMobile. Knowledgeable types have told me this is a known 'hole' for many carriers.

Unable to use phone in and around my home. I called Verizon and was told they do not have nor plan to build a tower in this area.

I have horrible reception around the Wash Park area; other areas are excellent.

In a garden-level room, most calls missed altogether. (you get notifications of voice messages after going upstairs or outside) Sometimes phone will ring but you can't talk to anyone unless you run outside. Usually impossible to place calls without going outside.

One bar most of the time - couldn't use it in the house. Not too bad outside. It was also bad at 1711 S. Pearl, 80210 inside the office. Like their Prepaid plan at 10 cents a minute, but I need coverage in my house! Static, dropped calls, yoga positions to hear anything.

Good service everywhere in house and surrounding area. If Tmo's customer service people were not douche bags I would be completely satisfied.

Lots of dead spots on Green Mountain... especially at Green Mtn. Dr.and Wright.

Seems to be a dead spot from 32nd north to 38th and about 3 blocks E and W. Can barely make calls without a static or dropped calls inside our outside of brick apartment building.

I use a trac phone and get perfect reception in the basement even with no power bands showing. never drops a call. I just selected the the first one because you have to pick one that is listed but I use a Trac and not the "Altel" service.

More than half of the calls dropped on sprint. I have been with Sprint for 20 years and will have to change if something is not done.

Verizon is very spoty in this major residential area. I have complained to Verizon several times about frequent dropped calls. They acknowledge it is a poor area and say they have no plans to improve it. Other cell users say most carriers have the same problem here. The nearest cell tower that I know of is 2+ miles away. There is an ideal site 1 / 4 mile away but Verizon says they arent interested in improving service here.

I have been fighting with Cingular and AT&T for years... this is the 3rd Phone I have had and none get reception here

Great reception in my area with a prepaid phone I bought from Cingular; all around the house, and even in the basement, I have cristal clear sound with no droped calls, echo or static. It worked great around the north Federal area too, and perfectly when I went snowboarding up in Loveland. Have a family plan from Verizon... not good around the house; I have to use it near a window and can't move while talking or the line starts braking... and forget about talking in the basment[At least in Thornton]. Definetly switching to Cingular after 2 year contract.

We've been with Verizon for two years. We've gotten average to decent reception in our house, except that I usually have to stand by a south window if I'm calling long distance. However, I can call my friends long distance while hiking in the foothills around Boulder (Shadow Canyon, Bear Mountain, Sanitas) and was able to call my friends visiting Golden from the mouth of the Big Thompson Canyon. Was also able to get decent reception in Estes Park. Also have had good reception in other states, except for some isolated National Parks areas or deep rock canyons (Escalante / Grand Staircase, some parts of the San Juans). Few dropped calls; do have to move around sometimes to get good reception. Changing batteries once a year might help; ours are two years old and not holding charges as well anymore.
