Inside get 0-2 bars, dropped calls, only works in part of apartment. Outside 4-5 bars, no problems.

I have had problems at home since I switched to Verizon last year. Reception breaks up constantly - have to repeat myself and callers need to do same. Verizon had me reprogram phone several times but did not help. Now working out of home most of the time so this is a real problem. Verizon sucks in this entire neighorhood. Finally, after much work, Verison confirmed that this area has a known service and reception problem - why don't they tell you that up front! - and that they have a new tower scheduled to go in at 17th and Logan but said it could be 6 months to 2 years! NOTE: they have agreed to let me out of my contract because of this! FURTHER NOTE: With the new EV phones, the bars for reception are USELESS unless you have two sets of bars, one for voice and for EV. My understanding is only a few phones have the dual bars - since most of the SOBs just put one set on the phone you don't know what kind of reception you're getting for voice - the bars are useless.

Drops almost every call inside the apartment. Sometimes I can stand in the doorway to the bathroom and talk for ten minutes. Bars indicate decent reception, but the call gets dropped without notice.

No Service. Cannot complete any calls EVER... DROPS EVERY CALL. Both phones usually show full bars, but often drop to 0. Won't work even out on balcony, leaning over edge. Poor, but usually usable reception standing on Acoma St. / Fair around city. / Spotty around the country. Often drop calls while showing lots of signal. Is this a bandwidth issue?

I get limited very limited, if any reception at all, in this location. Usually I have to leave the hospital to use my cell phone.

Constant dropped calls while travelling along 128th from Hwy. 287 to east of I-25. Service has degraded over the past two years. There was always a consistent drop around 128th and Lowell, but drops have gradually increased to now it is 8 consistent drops. Same results for my other phone, a Samsung VGA 1000. I realize there is no perfect service, but this is ridiculous. I will not renew with sprint.

Very poor signal strength outside, signal drops to 0 to 1 bar inside house, no signal at all in basement. All voice calls have to be done outdoors. SMS text messages do work well indoors for both receive and sending. Go 2 blocks south, or 4 blocks west, and the signal improves to 5 bars and voice calls are good.

Work out of home and the service is IMPOSSIBLE! Have to go outside or upstairs to speak to or message customers.

Nextel reception in the east highlands neighborhood, especially east of Tejon, is extremely poor. Many dropped connections. often no connection inside my house.

Switched from Sprint to Cingular and now my service is excellent; indoors and out.

Every call inside my apartment gets dropped, assuming I get service at all. In the parking lot outside my building I get average service just long enough for a 2-3 minute call.

Patchy coverage on T-Mobil driving on Sante Fe and / or Kalamath from downtown Denver to about Mississippi. I purchased a new phone to see if that was the problem. It was not.

Reception is awful both indoors and outdoors; if you do manage to get a connection, it will be dropped within a few minuts.

Get good reception with this phone inside the high rise at 12th and Grant (but chose this phone specifically for good reception.) There are cell phone antennas on the building itself; believe they are Virgin or T-Mobile.
