	When Alltel was purchased by AT&T, we were promised better coverage, etc. Most of us made the switch and are now locked into a 2 year plan. The coverage has been hideous. Up to 5 dropped calls per day. The Samsung phone they pushed is awful (My fault for not doing more research). It looks like a smart phone but my assistant has dubbed it the dumb-ass phone. This is threatening to become a class action lawsuit by the folks in La Plata County because so many have dropped their landlines because the former coverage was so reliable. Please add me to the ATT SUCKS pile.

	Phone and service is almost useless. Alltel was great, now phone service is completely unreliable. I thought it was my phone but finally, FINALLY, I got an honest chat representative who told me that service is spotty in southwest Colorado due to most of service is from partners, not ATT. Dropped calls ALL THE TIME. I will be talking into space half the time, as the call has been dropped and I didn't even know it. I sure miss Alltel and my Motorola razr.

	AT&T drops calls at my house. I try to get coverage by sitting outside, but that is unreliable. At $110. per month it is frustrating. I have to make all my calls while I drive, go figure.

	What a joke! According to Tmobile's workers and online resources I should have reception in Durango, but the reality is that over 75% of my calls are dropped if I am even lucky enough to have them go through in the first place. I am so frustrated! Sure it's nice to have friendly customer service, but I need to make calls!

	I was shown a reception map when I bought my plan that suggested I would be able to use my phone in Durango, but it is rare that I can get reception anywhere in town. Total bummer. I do not recommend T-Mobile at all- very dissatisfied.

	Reception was terrible. Would get one bar in the evenings only. Most of the time we had no coverage.

	I get reception in ONE spot in my house. It's terrible service. Can't even receive text messages, let alone make any calls.
