Signed up for T-Mobile based on their coverage maps which showed pretty good coverage for my house / area in Evergreen. Got the iPhone home and got no service at all! Immediate returned to the store and they charged said I should be getting service according to their map. So that claim was used to charge me a $50 restock fee + plus we got a bill for about $9 from T-Mobile after canceling the contract. Totally outrageous! Was this review helpful to you?
Not sure what happened. Verizon went from ok reception to almost no reception. We are forced to buy micro cell at $250. We moved here in Jan 2011. Purchased micro cell for home in Feb 2016.Was this review helpful to you?
Very happy with Sprint service. Never a problem or dropped call. Get good service in our home as well as in our business on Meadow Drive. Most people (Verizon, ATT) can't get service in our office. Was this review helpful to you?
Constant dropped calls or the person on the other live can't hear me. Frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon was reportedly the only service to get for the evergreen area. At least I get service most of the time. In the evening I can watch my bars fluctuate while standing in a good spot... from 3 (usual best) to 0, usually hovering around 1 bar. Poor reception outgoing, better incoming. The fluctuation is annoying. Now I will try the network extender for 250.00and the hassle of a rebate. Hopefully it won't slow down my minimal Internet through Qwest. I will let you know. Was this review helpful to you?
I have good coverage with Motorola phones only. Nokia and Samsung both drop calls at my house. Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T is, IMO, the least responsive of all cell service providers. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. Their store personnel, the ones that I've dealt with, are woefully trained. They provide no service if you have a problem. The only intelligent response they can mutter is, "we'll sell you a new phone". The problem is, it's not a solution! It still won't pick up a signal where I'm at.Was this review helpful to you?
I have had T-Mobile for years. I travel the foothills quite a bit, and the service is very spotty. Many times when T-Mobile doesn't work, ATT or Sprint will work, or the other way around. My general consensus is go with ATT in Evergreen as it seems to work in more areas although no services is very dependable. Was this review helpful to you?
I use Verizon and I just moved to Evergreen from Denver. My service stinks in Evergreen. At home I experience dropped calls, no connectivity, and in and out connectivity most of the time. I would give up all cell phone use if I had not been such a willing consumer catapulted out of the dark ages and into the current convenience of cell phone utopia. Problem is, utopia doesn't exist, and lack of service in Evergreen is a likely and predictable reality. "Can you hear me now"?... ."why no, no I can't" :(Was this review helpful to you?
Phone doesn't work at home, I have had friends that can stand right beside me and get reception on Verizon. Calls drop almost everytime, ATT says too bad so sad, we can sell you a new Phone... ... $$$$$ Bye Bye ATT!Was this review helpful to you?
