AT&T sucks, this phone is always re-searching and re-sending text. I drop calls all over the city with no hope to search the internet or run apps, they are always bouncing back with errors! Just buy messaging pigeons it would be easier to get a message sent!

Consistently dropping calls, Phone wont ring then you get a voice mail. Really makes me wonder why I should pay the bill.

Terrible reception with AT&T. Reception is completely unreliable. I sometimes go 3 hours with out being able to call or receive calls especially during dinner hours. Brutal service and I get 4 bars on the phone. Dropped calls are routine.

Very spotty, especially in my neighborhood. Have to leave my house to get a call in the park but drops repeatedly. I have been a customer a long time and lived in several states but it's just not worth it anymore. I will cut my losses and switch carriers for my family at Xmas.

Rarely complete a call. Bars go from "searching" to 3 to 1 to 2 and back and forth constantly. AT&T wants me to pay $99 plus $20 / month for a home tower.

WORST COVERAGE! I can't even speak to a representative because by the time they get on the phone, my service drops! If you're in the FTC, do not sign up for AT&T!

Dropped calls are more frequent than non-dropped calls. I've been an AT&T customer for 8 years, and now it's the worst ever! I've been loyal too long. The only help I get is a monthly $25 service credit. I tried the in-home micro cell, which sucked. They claim to be putting towers in soon, but it's way too late. Their business care is rather pathetic. I think it's funny that the employees at the ATT store in town walk around like there is no problem. They point the finger at the Iphone 4, not at their lack of service. Poor service and a weaker customer satisfaction program.

Just west of Poudre Valley Hospital, I get at best 2 bars, usually 1. At East Prospect Rd. and Prospect Parkway, No Service. Colleagues with T-Mobile and Verizon can walk through the office talking comfortably on their cellphones when needed; I have to rush outside to catch a call. AT&T, can you PLEASE add a tower near us???

AT&T is absolutely terrible! I experience 4-5 dropped calls every day as my job takes me from Ft. Collins / Loveland to Greeley and back. When you call 611 they just don't seem to care. I don't need credit for minutes, I need reception. I have heard T-Mobile is just as bad, I don't know where to go next but it certainly won't be with AT&T!

AT&T coverage is absolutely pathetic. However, I returned my iPhone and went to T-Mobile and picked up the Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S (which blows the iPhone out of the water, by the way), but T-Mobile coverage is every bit as pathetic as AT&T. I don't know what I'm going to do now.

I moved to this side of town from Old Town, where my AT&T coverage was good. Now I rarely get through a call without at least one drop. I have talked to several neighbors and all agree that AT&T coverage is horrible in Quail Hollow. Unfortunately I love my iPhone, but once Verizon or another carrier picks it up I'm jumping ship.

In the past 6-9 months the reception has gone from bad to none. Dropped calls, no bars in areas a couple of years ago I did have.

Throughout Fort Collins and Windsor my reception is terrible. I've had the phone drop 7 times driving through town during 1 phone call. I have basically no reception at my house (one to two bars at most, and it drop the call most of the time).

Reception for me is HORRIBLE all over Fort Collins. AT&T is a big mistake if you live here--I am looking to get out of the plan all together.

The AT&T reception in this area is a bit spotty but generally alright EXCEPT in my office where it is non-existent. I have to go outside the building to get or make calls. While apparently Verizon's service is, overall, crappy around here apparently it is pretty good in my office.

I recently moved up to Fort Collins from the Denver area and I have found AT&T has the best service in the Fort Collins area. Also everyone I have met up here has T-Mobile and their calls drop ALL the time. Do not get T-Mobile.

I dont have bad reception, unless I am in the mall and sometimes in my lower level of my house. I dont think Cingular customer service is very professional though.

Generally good around downtown Fort Collins but it disappears in my living room just north of the County Club area. The service does not exist in the Coverage area.

Calls often dropped, often incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Cingular customer service says that this is an area where I should get "good" reception and indicated that they will be updating their California network. Obviously I did not make it clear that I am having "dropped calls" and that I live in "Colorado." I get great service around CSU and old town, but that's about it in Fort Collins.

In most of Fort Collins my reception is good (4 to 5 bars), but on the north end of town there are lots of drop outs, static, two bars at best.

Haveing a terrible time lately. Get Spotty reception in my house which is right next to the drive in movie theatre. Have called cinglar several times. They seem unwilling to belive that I'm not getting good service. I get 10 dropped calls a week and constant cutting in and out. Often times people will call me and my phone will not even ring--calls go straight to voice mail. Very Frustrating! Very unhelpful customer service. I most likely will change to Verizon. Some of my freind have that service and get calls at my house just fine.

Although my phone shows 3 to 4 bars, GSM reception is of very poor quality in this area. Calls are full of static, there is a voice delay between callers so you have to wait before responding so you do not talk over the person you are trying to have a conversation with. Overall recetion and quality is marginal at best--does anyone have any suggestions?
