Qwest overcharged and failed to give promised discounts. Zero customer service. I will have to change carriers as Qwest cannot explain charges. It will take a lawyer and an accountant to figure this one out!

T-Mobile promises fast connections,; what they don't tell you is that they slow your speed down and calls / network drop in Fountain. They (Tmobilt) tell you they are aware of the problem but not any information as to the repair. I will be changing as soon as my contract is up.

Very frustrating. I went with GSM because it's the latest, greatest thing here in the U.S., but almost never dropped a call with analog. Like one of the other comments on here said, the service is next to impossible to complete a call over 10 minutes. signal strength will be 5 then drop to one and never seems to stay steady. After call gets dropped, strength go right back to 5 bars again. I thought it was T-Mobile, but after reading these comments I realize that it is GSM technology.

I have had Verizon for years and years and there reception has steadly went down. They used to be great, and had no problems anywhere. They say they are aware of the problems, but have no scheduled date to correct the problem. They gave me a network extender that helps some if you are close to it, but it works off of your internet connection to make it work. Pretty sad you have to use another compnies signal to make yours work a little bit. If you want out of your contract with them just call and complain on a regular basis, and get them to document it in your file over and over again, and make them send there tech crew out to your area to investigate the problem, and they will let you out of the contract without having to by it out. Be persistant! Sounds like all cell phone companies have problems in Colorado Springs in a lot of areas. For the price of there services you would think they would be forced to deliver a better service by FCC, but then again alot of their money comes from taxes collected from our cell phone use.
