I am no longer with Sprint, but my main issue was / is this: They talked up 3G like crazy, and are pushing 4G, yet I rarely found a 3G signal... it was usually EDGE. I bought the phone / plan I did for business / multi-tasking purposes, most of which were useless without 3G. Sprint, don't advertise that which you can not deliver!

Good signal, few dropped calls. Texts come through a little late in bad weather. All in all good in town.
