AT&T network is terrible in Lafayette. My wife and I are switching.

When I enter the neighborhood near Waneka Lake, I frequently drop calls. Even walking on foot, I can tell when I'm about to drop a call. In my house nearby it is fine, but I think I'm just lucky. Also seems like coverage coming from Boulder over the hill on Arapahoe is terrible - have dropped calls there, too. Am considering switching to Verizon as my neighbors have recently and say that they are very happy with coverage.

We have lived here in Lafayette for over 2 years and have always had horrible cell phone coverage with AT&T. Lots of dropped calls and calls where we cannot hear the other person clearly or at all, only every 3rd word! We have been informed there is "moderate" coverage in the area and "poor" coverage inside homes / buildings / cars. SO, I recommend NOT selecting AT&T if you live or work in this area.

No reception at my home since about a month ago and many dead spots in surrounding areas. AT&T customer service was extremely indifferent, insulting and dishonest about the situation. Switched to Verizon and am very happy.

I just can't understand why AT&T's coverage sucks so much here. Lots of traffic, lots of homes, but virtually NO signal. I love the iPhone and HATE AT&T. Thinking of dumping them and going with Sprint /

I don't understand why their coverage map shows GREAT coverage where there are no houses just north of here, but the poorest coverage here where there are people and businesses.

Reception goes in and out all around the home and block. Even in good spots never more than 3 bars. Calls are often dropped.

On Route 7 past the Erie Airport is a dead spot for about a quarter of a mile. Otherwise, I get good reception throughout eastern Boulder Cty. I have an antenna booster which helps. (The copper embedded plastic strip under the battery.)

Same here. 3-5 bars. 3 bars on average and 5 bars are rare on occasion. Internet speed is average to below average. Very user unfriendly to start with but then you add the fact that you have to reset your connection to get the best speeds every 2-4 hours or so. After using it for 2-4 hours they bottleneck your connection which is VERY annoying. Paying this much for a data plan should net better results, period. Sprint needs some more work.
