Used to have okay service in house, now no service. Called, tech support says they are working on tower in area. What happened in the last month to cause dropped service where I used to get okay service? Have to go outside to talk, but even calls will get dropped after a couple of minutes. They've even sent out new sim cards, but no change.

Same here. 3-5 bars. 3 bars on average and 5 bars are rare on occasion. Internet speed is average to below average. Very user unfriendly to start with but then you add the fact that you have to reset your connection to get the best speeds every 2-4 hours or so. After using it for 2-4 hours they bottleneck your connection which is VERY annoying. Paying this much for a data plan should net better results, period. Sprint needs some more work.

Since I moved into the area about 1-1 / 2 years ago I have terrible service bacially once I get into that neighborhood. Dropped calls, text's not going through, Internet doesn't work. In my home I have nothing at all. Called Sprint and they cannot let me out of the contract because it shows on on the map that all is good. I've been battling with them for a few months as I just can't take it anymore. Still that cannot solve me problem without me paying to end my contract. Terrible - I don't recommend Sprint AT ALL!

When I enter the neighborhood near Waneka Lake, I frequently drop calls. Even walking on foot, I can tell when I'm about to drop a call. In my house nearby it is fine, but I think I'm just lucky. Also seems like coverage coming from Boulder over the hill on Arapahoe is terrible - have dropped calls there, too. Am considering switching to Verizon as my neighbors have recently and say that they are very happy with coverage.

We have lived here in Lafayette for over 2 years and have always had horrible cell phone coverage with AT&T. Lots of dropped calls and calls where we cannot hear the other person clearly or at all, only every 3rd word! We have been informed there is "moderate" coverage in the area and "poor" coverage inside homes / buildings / cars. SO, I recommend NOT selecting AT&T if you live or work in this area.

No reception at my home since about a month ago and many dead spots in surrounding areas. AT&T customer service was extremely indifferent, insulting and dishonest about the situation. Switched to Verizon and am very happy.

I just can't understand why AT&T's coverage sucks so much here. Lots of traffic, lots of homes, but virtually NO signal. I love the iPhone and HATE AT&T. Thinking of dumping them and going with Sprint /

We have dead spots in our home and the dropped calls are increasing. The tower is in Broomfield. We're considering getting a Signal Repeater to boost our signal strength. The cell companies should all sell in-home repeaters... cheaper too

I don't understand why their coverage map shows GREAT coverage where there are no houses just north of here, but the poorest coverage here where there are people and businesses.

TMobile is great, even with 2 or 1 bars, you can make a call clearly with no trouble at all. Zero dropped calls for the month and a half I have had it, with no bars, text messages are surprisely fast. Around the south pointe area, great coverage, but in broomfield, right of miramante, it is a complete dead zone. absolutely no service, it seems most carriers dont get a signal up there. oh well. I reccomend t mobile to anyone in the lafayette area, or just anywhere!

On Route 7 past the Erie Airport is a dead spot for about a quarter of a mile. Otherwise, I get good reception throughout eastern Boulder Cty. I have an antenna booster which helps. (The copper embedded plastic strip under the battery.)
