I get call failed or get hung up on when the person I call cannot hear me. Service in the valley sucks! AT&T's answer is for me to buy a cell tower for inside my home.

Lots of dropped calls. Generally 2 bars or less. Occasionally 4 bars for 10-15 seconds if in NE corner of house. Cricket had strong reception, but weak customer service when I tried to use their National Access plan in San Antonio. Can get 5 bars at Broadway and Mineral...

cingular has the worst reception i've ever experienced with any cell phone carrier... not only am I dealing with poor reception several of my clients say they receive a message that says my phone has been disconnected... with all the choices out there for cell service, Cingular is the worst along with poor customer service.

It isn't a full signal but it might as well be because the reception is perfect for me.

I travel a lot in and out of the U.S. In every country I have visited I have never lost reception, only in the middle of the ocean. This is great for a travler like me. Even in my basement I get 4-5 Bars. With Verizon I never had any inside and maybe 1-2 outside.

This was a phone I had with AT&T (now Cingular)... I've had it for many years and have enjoyed reception almost EVERYWHERE... even on top of the mountain at the Copper Mountain Ski Area. Lately, I experience 4 to 6 "dead zones" between home (in SW Denver) and where I work (downtown). It's definitely time for a change!

From University and Orchard to Orchard and Holly I get NO reception. Further, I received a voice mail again after deleting it a month and a half ago. The GSM for national service was a huge disappointment on a trip to the west including east of San Diego and in the newer area south of Phoenix area. Had to borrow a strangers Verizon phone in the new Phoenix area to make contact.
