Let me start off by saying I've been using cell phones in the denver area for the past 11 years. I have used AT&T (first 4 years), T-Mobile (next 3 years), and Sprint (last 4 years). Of the three T-Mobile was by far the worst and of the three Sprint has been by far the best. The only carrier I haven't used obviously is Verizon (the carrier almost all of my co-workers use) and from what I have seen Sprint and Verizon are pretty much on par with each other as the two best carriers in Denver. The thing that seperates it for me is that my bill is $30-40 less per month then my co-workers with similar plans through Verizon ($360-480 p / yr savings). Also, I just want to note that I use 3000 plus minutes per month all across the Denver metro area so my opinion should hold some weight. In all my time with Sprint I have only had one major area where I couldn't use my phone and that was my parents brand new house out off Smokey Hill and E-470. That issue was fixed when my dad was given an Airave device by Sprint and now when I visit my parents I get a consistent 4-5 bars in and around there house. Their customer service which once was a major pitfall for the company has now become top notch. So if you're looking to switch carriers and you want top notch service I highly recommend giving Sprint a shot. P.S. I don't work for Sprint... just love their pricing and coverage in Denver and actually everywhere I have traveled over the past 4 years.

Except for a dead spot at Ken Caryl and Wadsworth going North, Soputbound is fine, I VERY rarely drop calls. Sprint amazes me sometimes with where it will work when I go 4 wheeling in the mountains. However, just in the last few days, Pandora will not work in my neighborhood. 2 blocks away from my house, it starts right up. As soon as I turn into my neighborhood, it shuts down. Other apps work fine. Same thing with Slacker. This is annoying as hell, and Sprint is going to swap me into a different Blackberry. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I may be dumping Sprint after a little over 4 years.

I live in Heritage Greens and can only get reliable service if I stand out in my front yard or in the street. I can't tell you how many times I have had to sit in my car outside my house to finish a conversation that began during my drive home. Guests in our home can get a STRONG signal even in our basement, while Sprint won't even work on the main floor.

I have had my Sprint PCS cellphone since 2002. The reception is always good, no dropped calls. No problems whatsoever.

Sprint sucks so bad that every single call is not "static free" nor even close. Many times the call is dropped or you find your self asking the other person to repeat themselves
