Verizon has told me the same bull for 6 years,,,,, that they are going to build a tower! There is POOR reception west of Southglenn Mall. Do not get Verizon if you are in this area!

excellent coverage except in roxborough park / arrowhead area.

1 bar on none in this area. Called Verizon and was told I needed to buy a network extender for "only $250.00" I plan on switching.

verizon does not like to work in this area, arpahoe to panama and university to broadway. I have to drive around just to get signal to make phone calls. WTF!? if I paid the bill id be even more pissed. I ahve talk to Verizon about this dead zone but they said probally nothing will be done.

ive lived her for 5 years and have never had good service here, and my friends with Verizon also do not get reception here.

How many reports from users does Verizon need to fix this deadzone? I will wait till my contract is up and then I'll switch to AT&T.

overall good but they lied to me about whether I had to renew a contract to get text on all phones with unlimited texting. I got two $90 bills (in addition to the 158), and I hit the roof on the second, one guy said he would refund half of the second one, I called back to follow up on it and "there were no notes". Do not give a teeneager a Verizon phone without blocking the colored text crap. I have spent hours reconciling their little profit centers. I do not want to renew with them now.

Verizon is worthless on Orchard Rd.(called Long Rd.) between Colorado Blvd.and University and has no reception in the King Sooppers at Holly and Orchard. After numerous calls to Verizon, I finally switched to ATT / Cingular, which works well.

Poor reception in the area bounded by Arapahoe Rd on the south, Holly on the east and University on the west and Bellevue on the north.

We get dropped every time on I-25 in both directions between Lincoln and Surrey Ridge.

Amongst the rocks but can see the lights of Denver and Castle Rock. Need more repeaters !

One bar maximum, dropped calls - even outside. Verizon says that there are "plenty of towers" and that reception should be fine. It's horrible, and they tell me they can't do anything about it.

Phone reception is non-existent in or around building. I know it is the same for friends that are with other service providers.

One bar at the most. Calls always break up or are dropped. Verizon says that there are "lots of towers, you should be getting great reception." When I pushed the issue, they acknowledged that this is indeed a dead spot but there is nothing they can do about it.

Phone is almost useless at my house. I have to walk around holding it out in front of me to try and get 1 or two bars. Even then, practically every call drops after about 2 minutes.

Very poor reception for Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint in the residental area, Verizon especially. Multiple phones, neighbors have also complained of poor service. Called Verizon, they keep saying "We'll get a tower put up in the area soon" but that was over a year ago and still nothing. Nextel recently added a tower in the area and I can get 2-3 bars in my basement which is great!

Often drop calls or have zero to one bars in between Colorado Blvd. and Broadway on Arapahoe Rd.

If I stand on one foot in front of the home we are rebuilding and moving to, I *may* get reception. Otherwise, forget it: unintelligible, dropped calls or missed calls. Verizon customer service does their 'sensitive' schtick until they tell you there is nothing they will do for the NEXT YEAR at least. They can't handle a customer who has reason to not be congenial. They will let me out of the contract with no penalty (gee, thanks- for nonperformance I should think so!) but the phones we just bought for our family, tough beans. Sadly enough, reception is lousy near the Verizon store at Santa Fe and Mineral for pities sake. Stay away from Verizon in SW Metro, can you hear me NOW Verizon???

verizon used to get no reception in the valley. Now I get 2-4 bars at my house and around the valley. they must have put up a tower here. Yip Hee!

Wanted the Family Share plan for the mobil-to-mobil advantage but can't use it because cell calls are constantly dropping out. Performance at this location is horrible!

Constantly "changes service area" between 1x and analog while sitting on my desk at home. Totally unreliable until I get out to Wadsworth & 470. Drops calls suddenly and consistently at Kipling and Chatfield. Phone shows all bars, but you can't make a call, and I won't answer if it rings, 'cause it'll get dropped. Switched 9 salespeople over to Verizon, and I'm pretty disappointed.

Extremely poor signal service throughout Littleton and Jefferson County, Colorado. Phone shows 2 bars, but dropped calls and unintelligible communications are the norm. Service is useless at home near Mineral and Santa Fe - worse than useless for communicating with clients and customers as it only frustrates them, too. I have to forward my cell phone to my home phone to get calls. All I get from tech support is that I should dial *228 "at least once a week" and keep the antenna up at all times (doesn't help). And the usual hype about having "the most extensive network...". I've been told coverage by Sprint and AT&T is just as bad, but Verizon's unconcerned customer service and technical support have me searching for another carrier.
