Ever since the Qwest / Sprint deal, my service is great all the time. My phone only displays 4 bars, and around town, I never drop down to 1. My nieghborhood is kind of in a hollow where you wouldnt even expect to get any cell service... .and I can manage 1 bar. No static or dropping calls, even with just one bar. Heck, I even get 3 bars up 285 and all the way up I-70. I use my phone in Winter Park, Connifer, Deckers, and Steamboat fairly regularly. Never in town, either, usually at the resorts, or even better; skiing. Nothin beats being able to text message on the lift!

Sprint sucks so bad that every single call is not "static free" nor even close. Many times the call is dropped or you find your self asking the other person to repeat themselves

Service on University between Dad Clark and Venneford Ranch Rd is generally poor or non-existent. Calls that are in progress will even get dropped let alone not being able to make calls.

I get really good reception where I am. In fact, I've never had problems except in the basement of my home. It's like I'm not even talking on a cell phone. The reception never gets fuzzy or breaks up. I can always make a call no matter where I am, and my text messages send really well to my husband at work 20 minutes away.

1. Good quality connection. 2. 5 to 10 minutes later the voice quality goes very bad or the call is dropped altogether. 3. A redial results in a repeat of steps 1 and 2.

T-Mobile in (2004) was good in Highlands Ranch but have dropped off in (2005) for some reason. Voice is broken sometimes with full bars.

Constantly "changes service area" between 1x and analog while sitting on my desk at home. Totally unreliable until I get out to Wadsworth & 470. Drops calls suddenly and consistently at Kipling and Chatfield. Phone shows all bars, but you can't make a call, and I won't answer if it rings, 'cause it'll get dropped. Switched 9 salespeople over to Verizon, and I'm pretty disappointed.

My home is almost as far south as you can get in Highlands Ranch and the computer at the T-Mobile store at Park Meadows predicted marginal coverage. The actual performance with my Nokia 6610i tri-band phone has been much better. Outside: 7 bars (full scale) to 5 bars while walking around the neighborhood. Inside: 5 bars. In My Basement Office: 3 bars, but useable. I've been comparing T-Mobile coverage with my Sprint's coverage (I've been using them for 4 years) and have found that T-Mobile coverage in HR, Littleton and SE Englewood is as good or better. Very rarely is the Sprint signal stronger. I travel overseas and don't want to carry an extra phone for use in the US, so I'll be switching to T-Mobile.

I have no reception in my townhome located at Wadsworth and Coal Mine. We have called T-Mobile about 12 times with no results. My wife and I have missed calls all the time at home. My phone actually goes in Emergency Only most of the time. When I drive to the end of the street I finally get one bar. I would definitely not use T-Mobile if you live in or around Denver.

Extremely poor signal service throughout Littleton and Jefferson County, Colorado. Phone shows 2 bars, but dropped calls and unintelligible communications are the norm. Service is useless at home near Mineral and Santa Fe - worse than useless for communicating with clients and customers as it only frustrates them, too. I have to forward my cell phone to my home phone to get calls. All I get from tech support is that I should dial *228 "at least once a week" and keep the antenna up at all times (doesn't help). And the usual hype about having "the most extensive network...". I've been told coverage by Sprint and AT&T is just as bad, but Verizon's unconcerned customer service and technical support have me searching for another carrier.

Before getting a GSM phone through AT&T, I had a TDMA phone with no complaints. However, now that AT&T is no longer servicing their TDMA towers nor expanding them, I gave the GSM service a shot. Needless to say, I switched carriers to Verizon just yesterday. I use my phone as a home phone and when I have to move around a lot in order to find the "best" spot in the house just to hear them, I say good bye AT&T. Also, their customer service and billing procedures suck. I changed my plan, but every single month I had to call in to their painful customer service department to straighten out my bill. A $60 / month plan somehow meant to them that I owed them $200+ / month until I wasted my time on hold to straighten out the problem each and every month!
