I have a Motorola Photon from Sprint. I have had great reception everywhere I have been... just a few mountain location where not service is... this is to be expected. I also get 4g speeds in most locations where I have signal. Have had full 6 bar signals in mobile homes, stores and hospitals. I had the HTC Evo 3d phone and hardly had enough signal to talk or even get online in the same exact areas. From all those I have talked to... it does not all depend on which service provider you have, but also much depends on what phone you use. I get service on my phone with Sprint with 4g speeds, while a friend can stand next to me with a different phone from sprint, and can not hardly get a signal.

I just to this phone and to GSM. I am very pleased and don't notice any problems in any location. Even in my office where I got zero reception before, I get 2 bars and a fairly clean phone call.

Got two or three bars in campsite while sitting in my truck at flatiron reservoir west of Loveland. Was able to make clear calls. This it a Tracfone using AT&T with gsm. My iwireless phone LG 150 with cdma had no signal or showed digital roam but could not make calls. Have had good reception all around Loveland and Longmont with AT&T.

1 bar at my house. This is typical. Very poor service level and call quality with AT&T.

I completely agree with the other person from Larimer County Rd.29. AT&T service just vanished here about two months ago. Next to no signal, dropped calls, network busy messages when trying to make calls... it goes on and on. The reliability is terrible! If you live west of Loveland, stay away from AT&T!

Very sporadic on West / SoWest side of mountain. Have a cell fone booster, and even with full bars, still can't get a call out. Word has it, there is work being done on the AT&T tower nearby, to strengthen signal by Oct 2009.

AT&T is the only carrier with service here west of Loveland. Reception had been good for past few years, then... WHAM 4-6 weeks ago everything went in the ditch. Dropped calls, missed calls with no previous ring, talking to one person then a new call is dialed??!?!?!

Have has att / cingular / att forever and never had problems before july of 2007. Now, service non=-existence here, and is very frustrating. Also used to have no problems going to mountains and making calls, or making calls from Hawaii, Alaska and the northwest. Now, my phone conversations consist of "hello? Can you hear me?" Have to go walk out on the highway practically for anyone to hear. Also, constumer service tries really hard to make your phone work, but they have no reason for me why it doesn't, not yet. Will be paying 180 bucks to switch soon.
