I just switched to Sprint after 10 years with AT and T; unhappy. Every call is dropped - or people say they can't hear me. I thought it was the phone; returned it within the 14 days - and the same problem exists with this phone. The coverage IS THE WORST in Morrison area (Hampden and C470 W). I'm still within my trial period - may have to take the phone back and switch carriers. In this year - 2012 and poor service? Really? The towers are on Lookout mountain (10 miles North)... NOT A HAPPY TALKER! No previous call issues with AT and T.

We can SEE the cell tower from our house. Both our iPhones drop calls, and AT&T blames it on the phones! Give me a break!

I live on the top of a mountain overlooking Denver--service has degraded drastically over the last few months. Also, can't make a call from Boulder or Denver without dropping or poor quality or both. AT&T has acknowledged poor service in the Denver area but continues to charge me the same as if my phone actually worked. I'll do without a cell phone before I sign up with AT&T again.

Veizon was good until 2008, but now frequently drops calls for us and neighbor. We still have 3-4 bars and connect okay, but have had 3 - 4 dropped calls in a single phone conversation. Verizon checked it out and said we are at the edge of a service area, and they are adding a tower in 2011. For $200, they will add a wi-fi booster in the house. I think not! Much to their credit, they are allowing us out of our contract without penalty.

I have had AT&T and always get 4 to 5 bars unless I head west to Idledale. I've carried phones on T-Mobile, Verizon and Qwest networks and they had worse coverage in Morrison. When I worked downtown in Lodo, T-Mobile wouldn't work at all but AT&T still had 4 to 5 bars.
