Horrible T-Mobile (my phone provider) reception here; can only use the phone while facing south and standing next to a window. Luckily I kept the Verizion internet when I switched to T-Mobile for phone use, and the internet still works fine at this location.

tmobile has sadly disapointed me. I had Sprint with the run of the mill basic CHEAP sanyo phone with AWSOME ( no joke) recpetion. I then made the switch to T-Mobile for the my fave plan and to my dismay the service down right SUX. I drop calls left and right no matter where I am and my phone well it sux too. I bought the Nokia 5300 music phone hm what a joke I cant hear and neither can the party on the other end. Spend most of the convo saying what and then my call gets dropped. T mobile has seriously disapointed me so bad I am thinking of paying the 200 bucks to opt out

We started service originally on the old AT&T after using Verizon. We needed to switch to GSM primarily because of travel, so we chose AT&T because they offered the largest coverage area in the US. Coverage in and around the Pueblo area was sketchy at best. After the name change to Cingular things improved slightly primarily because of newer phones. I experienced the best service availability using the Blackberry devices. The other phones were not so great. Our business is in Pueblo West and receives terrible coverage on both T-Mobile and Cingular / at&t. I was able to get out of my contract because all of my phones simply started to say "emergency calls only" around our office building. Things were better inside of Pueblo, but calls were constantly garbled and dropped. The data network is extremely unreliable and slow just about everywhere you go. Here are a list of the phones I used on Cingular / at&t: Blackberry 8700c, Blackberry 7290, RAZR v3, Motorola v160, Nokia E62, Ericsson z525 and 525a and a few old TDMA devices from the original AT&T days. If you have to have Cingular / at&t in this area get a Blackberry so you can at least make / receive calls. If can go with a CDMA carrier then do it. I moved to Verizon and the difference is night and day. Verizon is not perfect by any means but it is far superior to AT&T and the EVDO data network is much faster.

Around Parkview Hospital / Greenwood, Pueblo, CO 81003 Thu Aug 25, 2005

Routinely drops calls, poor reception, quality. Often switches to analog and drops call. Suprized that reciption is so poor in such a vital area arround a much used and populous area. Very poor service, only 4 months left on contract... will cope in the meantime.
