I have walk around in the yard to find a good spot or I get dropped calls, AT&T no help, they tell me to wait till winter and the leaves fall off the trees

Had good service until a month ago,now no signal and dropped calls, phone checks out fine so I'm calling AT&T on a weekly time frame

There is a dead spot that cuts service as you drive by Pine Lake on Pine Street. This only began to occur with the changeover from Cingular to AT and T

Most people don't get Verizon coverage at ESPN campus.

Reception on the PCS network is average here up near Burlington. Service here has improved in the past few months, but you'll never get over 3 bars here, 1 or 2 seem to be the norm. The area is too heavily wooded for decent reception.

Very poor reception near the bottom of Glen Eagle Dr.area. No providers services work good in this area at all. To many mountains and hills in this area.

Calls frequently dropped. Very frustrating. Almost the entire area provides little or no reception. Not sure if proximity to ESPN is to blame.

A lot depends on the phone. Before I had a Sony Ericsson which would drop calls all the time. I got fed up and threatened to cancel my service and quickly received a Nokia 7200 for a good deal. I couldn't be happier, I get a signal where I never had before and a call being dropped is a thing of the past.

With TDMA the reception was better but is getting worse. We also have a phone on the new GSM network and get no signal in our house.
