Had to cut plans short from Cingular and pay early termination after moving from the city because of literally 0 reception. Sprint also has no reception here per our friends who have been here. Verizon gives us great reception here.

If I go to the second floor I have 2 bars. Neighbors with Verizon experience the same poor reception

reception is terrible. it disappears on Husted as you are driving toward Beechcroft. when are Cingular (and Verizon for that matter since we also have a Verizon wireless phone) going to get it right??

Occasionally one bar, calls often dropped. Parallel to I-95 / MNRR tracks.

There is absolutly no reception in Glenville CT. at all with Verizon or Att. This are sucks

live on Hillside Drive. I had Nextel and got no reception! The cell phone would ring only on occasion and call would be immediately dropped. Voicemails pop up at home 6-12 hrs. late and can only retrieve them using my land line. Switched to Sprint / Nextel as per Greenwich salesman... ... would be much, much better! Now I receive absolutely no calls until I drive close to the post road! Had Optimum phone lines installed and when those lines go down I have to drive to Starbucks to be able to use my cell phone to call for repair! It's just a joke!

I tried other services, verizion, at&t. They didn't work at my area. (FYI, verizon worked great at my westchester apartment.) "06831" Zip code is infamous for its dead zone. Nextel works fine at my area. Anybody has a trouble with a cell in 06831 zip code, I'd like to recommend Nextel. No droping, missing phone calls. Nextel, however, doesn't have nice looking phones. Plus, the service plans are rather pricy, compare to other service providers. I don't know about phone factor, though. I have a motorola i60c phone, and I haven't had any problems with it, except weight, size, and battery life. Well, it doesn't have a good battery life, nor fancy design, but it works fine anyway.

2 bars, sometimes 1, occasionally 3. My phone will ring occasionally but person on the other end won't be able to hear me and call will inevitably be dropped. Texts are sometimes okay, voicemails get delivered hours late. Thought about changing carriers but everyone says service is poor in this area whatever carrier you have.

0-1 bar with T-Mobile. Verizon and AT&T also don't work in our neighborhood. Nextel: marginal. Sprint PCS works (2-3 bars).
