	Phone alternates between no signal and barely one bar. Last year, the signal strength was good. Not sure what changed. There is no 4G service at all.

	All calls drop and call quality is minimal before call is dropped. SMS delays up to 2 days in receiving and sending.

	Since Sprint took over Nextel in this area reception has been poor at best. Typically miserably, lots of dead spots. Sprint has ignored the Nextel customer and it rugged phones. I guess those who have a need for a good solid working phone are out numbered by the kids that need an online social life

	Cingular reception is terrible in all of Fairfield County---especially along the Merritt Pkway from Trumbull to the NY State border. There are dead spots almost every 3 miles on the Merritt Parkway. The reception in the towns of Monroe and Trumbull is almost non-existent. My friends with Verizon do not report having these problems. I am going to complain directly to Cingular and aks "out" of the contracts for my family phone. They had promised me better reception several times especially when they merged with ATT. If you live in these areas and your contracts are up with Cingular, make the switch

	Very little reception off of 110. One bar only sometimes none. Monroe needs to get some cell phone towers!
