Always pretty good service indoors and outdoors. If you want a good Sprint phone go with a nokia, they are bigger phones and not as fancy but they always get the best signal.

No reception indoors at home or at work in wallingford, others at work with Sprint service have same problem, everyone with Cingular has no problem
