While other people complain about dropped calls, I can see why. The simple answer, unfortunately, is poor handset quality. I am one of two Sprint customers in my complex who gets reception, and the same goes for where I work (also in Norwalk) - in both cases they use the same phone as myself or a derivative. Myself and my family have gone through eight different handset models and found that we keep coming back to the Motorola P8767 TimePort due to dropped calls, no connections and poor signal quality on all of the others, and we have purchased and returned several new phones, with the exception of one: the Motorola V60v. I can stand right next to someone without enough signal to make a call and get four bars and make a perfectly clear call. Due to their lack of current equipment that works at my location they will be loosing me as a customer shortly.
