My husband has been transferred here from florida to work for 6 months. we have T-Mobile service. there is absolutely no reception at all and msg "emergency calls only" always show when trying to make a call out. None received. No texting service. Phone service is useless to us and to think we will be paying for a locked in 2 year service we won't be getting sucks. Questioned why we are not able to transfer service to AT&T since there is a merger and told it should automatically roam to AT&T service which neither of our 2 phones do and no customer service we have spoken with knows what to do about it. Not very accomodating..

Missing coverage on Rte 32 in Franklin. This is a main rd and to have no coverage there in this day and age is inexcusable.

Service goes in and out-- mostly out. If upstairs, facing phone toward window we may have 1 or 2 bars. Many calls drop. If we had an emergency, we'd have a serious problem. We do not have a land phone as we are just summer residents. We do not want to switch to a different phone service because our family and friends all have Verizon, and where we live in AZ most of the year, we have no problems. This part of CT seems to be the only problem area we've encountered. How about a tower for this area?

The reception here is awful. There is a cell tower 100 yards away. Unfortunately, only Sprint and AT and T have meters. I will be contacting Verizon with this information. Let's see if they will respond, as we are moving permanently to this location and would prefer to have our wireless service work. Someone suggested we look into a repeater since we get SOME signal, but if the cost for that outways the cost to buyout my contract, I will have to consider another carrier, which would be shameful, as I have been a Verizon customer for many years now. I also have Verizon wireless for my laptop, so that too is an issue.
