after several attempts to resolve with nextel. I was informed that an engineer would contact me. funny part is I recieved a post card stating that Nextel has been unable to get in contact me. ironic isn't it.

i am not sure if or what Nextel did after the merge but service dropped big time in my area. only reason I went with Nextel was the coverage in my area. battery goes dead after only 1 day. always searching for signal. i700 phone was much better but discontinued. other people in my area complain same results. looking for new provider long live onstar.

Very poor / no reception in most of redding. Signal drops out in downtown Bethel.
