	I had to reprogram my phone so I could get better service; seem 0032. I get better service when my phone says "AT&T Wireless" as compared to "Cingular". There's a tower just up the hill from me... walk about 1 / 10 of a mile up and you have full service. I have decent service most anywhere else, but it has a buzz in the background a lot of the time. I ditto the fact that there is really good service (5 of 5) at the Big Y in Monroe, since I work there.
