	The reason for a lack of a cell phone tower is that the town refuses to build one, becasue they wnat to keep a historic feeling to the town.

	No Reception on most parts of RT 47. In and around Washington Deport; no service. It took AT&T 6 years to build out CT from the original build in Torrington. Now Northwestern Connecticut will suffer since the AT&T system is going to Alltel.
