I have had AT&T for going on three years now and no problems. I have never once had a dropped call. I don't see what other peoples complaints are.

I have been looking to switch plans from Sprint PCS to something else. Believe it or not, specifically because of the phone choices. Stupid I know. But I love the Sidekick II that T-Mobile offers. However, every article I read says the reception with T-Mobile is garbage. However, the point of my story is Sprint PCS. People have said the Sprint PCS is horrible too. I can honestly say, I've never really had a problem with SprintPCS accept for their customer service, which is from the stone age. Any where I've been, Upstate NY, typically anywhere in CT, and Manhattan, it's been fine. I think people take this cell phone thing a little too personally. The cell phone companies can't guarantee 100% connectivity anywhere you go. It's impossible. Just the weather alone can dictate your phone call. So, I don't flip out when I have a call dropped every once in awhile, or I can't necessarily get good reception. It's by no means an exact science. So, you go with what relatively works, and call it a day.
