Awesome! Works everywhere in my house -- even the basement. Five bars.

No reception inside office building. BUT! Just switch to roaming only (free!), which accesses Verizon. Full bars. No problemo.

No reception inside work building (roams all day and wears out battery). Also no reception in L'Enfant Plaza unless go into atrium area with skylight above. Great service outside building and in outside downtown DC.

90 percent of calls dropped in and outside around my house. Perfect reception everywhere else in the city. Verizon told me that it could not possibly be a problem with their network and that my phone is to blame. They sent me a replacement phone which is just as bad. Oddly, I get "1x - 2 bars" which should be fine, but the calls keep dropping anyway.

It's embarrassing how bad the coverage is in Glover Park and DC in general for AT&T. For a nationwide brand that is supposed to have more bars in more areas, a majority of my calls are dropped. In addition, incoming calls often go straight to voicemail. If I wasn't committed to another year and a half in my contract, I would drop AT&T and never look back.

AT&T service on my iphone drops every phone call inside my house. If I am on a call I always have static. On my Iphone AT&T is always full bars. It is terrible whether I am on edge or 3G. I had a Verizon Blackberry before and had no problems. Come on AT&T it is 2009 and your service blows!

Well here it goes again. No Signal, no service, dropped calls, dialing problems, failed calls. Complained to ATT back in Nov 2007 but nothing was done. They came, they tested, they said everything was okay but we still do not get a signal strong enough to reliably use the cell phone. They say it is okay, no problem, but I live here, I know better. Mysteriously, the signal improved over the last year or so to 3 bars fading in and out but service was workable for a while but not great. Now it is April 2009 and over the last week or two, service has deteriorated severely. No signal, no service, one bar, two bars, three bars fading in and out. Can hardly make a call or carry on a conversation. Called ATT support, made a trouble report. We will see what happens. According to ATT I am in a "lite orange zone" on their cellular service map which indicates moderate but acceptable service. Just 200 feet to the north of my location, their map says it is a "dark orange zone" which should mean 5 bars BUT that is not true. Service is bad through out the Glover Park DC neighborhood. I believe that there is a cell site just 0.5 to 0.6 miles to the East - Southeast of here but it is over the top of a gentle hill from here. The tower faces towards the downtown of DC and leaves out Glover Park, Calvert St. (west) Benton St, Beecher St. (west) 41st St, 42nd St, McArthur Blvd, Foxhall Rd, Reservoir, Sibley Hospital, Georgetown University and the lower portion of New Mexico Ave. NW DC PLEASE fix the service. Put in a stronger signal in the Glover Park Neighborhoods west of Wisconsin Ave and West of Tunlaw Rd.NW DC.
