i can not get on the internet I can not text and I can not call out, please fix this issue! I spend 48 hours a week on base and for my phone to not be working is ridiculous especially since I pay $90 a month to use it! come on AT&T get on it

I have been with this company for 18 years and have 7 handsets for my business. I called AT&T and they said they are not getting complaints about dropped calls. I have talked to many AT&T customers and they all get the dropped call and then their own voice is echoed back at them. Seriously considering switching to Verizon for the first time.

I lived here for several months and would get a signal, but when I would try to make a call I would just get a fast busy signal and my phone would read call failed. Never had luck with incomming calls either. Everyone that visited with Verizon had the same problem.

Tower located at this intersection. Unfortunately, dead spot just south near Moore's Lake (presumably due to dip in elevation).

Great coverage in town. Very weak in western Dover. Semi-weak in eastern Dover. Overall, pretty good.

I have wi-fi and, perfect reception. I am on the internet all the time. The cell is my long distance phone too.

Horrible reception in Dover - phone switches to emergency call status only - when I text my children at Dover high and Delaware Tech comm college, will not go through or ring. No evidence of a missed call or text.

Switched to Verizon this past weekend. We wanted 3G service where we go most, and AT&T couldn't keep up with that. Verizon service is great and sounds great. Data speeds are fast, and we love out phones.

Almost all areas around the town of Sandtown, even though there is a new tower within 1 mile of town, and another just 3 miles away in Goldsboro, MD. That is unless you go on top of the landfill.

For being the supposed leader in cellular technology, Verizon wireless sucks. My T-Mobile service was much better when I had it. I used to be a cell tech for Cingular here in Delaware, and I think I'm going to switch back to cingular

I get 0-1 bars anywhere in the house. I get a consistent 1-2 bars in the driveway. 95% of all calls are dropped.

Had Verizon for years, tried to switch to T-Mobile (see previous review) and switched back to Verizon, despite the higher price. I get so-so two bar service everywhere I go: home, Dover Mall, Rt 13, Milford, etc. Never get better than three bar anywhere, BUT never get dead zones either.

I signed up with T-mobile, because Consumer's Reports rated them second only to Verizon and their price plans fit my needs better. Had to cancel the contract during the grace period because there was no service in my neighborhood. Interestingly, I had 4-5 bar service at the Dover Mall, all up and down Rt 13, in Milford and on a trip to PA.

I have had Cingular,ATT, Nextel and Sprint. They all suck compared to verizon. I love verizon. I have several phones on my account and I am always able to reach all of them at any time on the east coast. From maine to florida I have traveled with Verizon and it has never failed me once.

No service in my house. Around the city, I get dropped calls and all. I'm lookin into Verizon and my work is about to switch to Verizon from AT&T too.
