	Verizon has got god awful reception in the Hockessin and Pike Creek Area. I can never keep reception in these areas, and am constantly dropping calls. I get no service in my house. Their customer service and support has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. I am counting down the days until I can drop them.

	When driving from Wilmington to Hockessin on Rt. 48, starting at the bottom of the hill at Hercules Rd., the reception fades to nothing by the time you get to the top of the hill at Wilmington Road. I've reached the point where I warn the person I'm talking to in advance that the call will most likely be lost and I will have to call them back.
