Verizon service undependable. Voice quality fluctuates from good to poor and calls are dropped. We decided against a land line when building, big mistake. No one warned us of the service issues. Had perfect service all summer and then after Labor Day I can't get more than one bar. Dropped calls, missed calls, late texts. Horrible service, if continues I will definitely be dropping AT@T. Most of the time I have no service in the Lewes, De. area. If I go outside I get one bar of service, I have to try to call or text as fast as I can however most of the time outside I get call failed, test not delivered. Very poor service, went to AT@T store, it is always the same answer, Lewes is having trouble with the tower Are they going to reduce our billing due to no service?Was this review helpful to you?

Horrible coverage, maybe 1-bar. Most calls drop, and on busy summer weekends, nothing -- no data, no text, no calls regardless of what the signal indicates. Can't even roam onto Verizon - they must block Sprint. Pathetic.Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible area for cell reception. ATT and Verizon. Requested a booster / repeater for the house and ATT charges. Ripping off customers twice. Once for poor coverage and again to improve what they promise to deliver. Looking into filing a complaint / class action with Attorney General Office. Cannot use cellphone at my home / billing address because signal is so weak and variable. Often phone goes directly to voicemail without ringing : like it's turned off, and frequently calls break up and terminate randomly.Was this review helpful to you?
