Many calls dropped or not received at my home. It seems that most of my calls come via a tower in Maryland. One time a call to 911 went to a Maryland dispatch center. Truthfully, most other locations are better but I still can expect good reception at home. You would think that Verizon could climb a pole and add a signal booster or something. My contract expires in April and will be shopping for a new carrier.

Nextel does not have a tower in Middletown proper. The only carrier to NOT have one. The signal bleeds in from the RT13 tower in Odessa (T-Mobile, Sprint, and Cingular are also there). Use anyone in Middletown proper, though Cingular, Sprint, and T-Mobile have the most towers in this part of the county. Verizon is weak in Odessa for example.

Have to be near a window to pick up one bar-then when it flips from analog to digital it drops the calls. Calls never come in at the house, just the messages 20 minutes or so later.
