	I cannot make or recieve any phone calls. I've called customer service about 5 times already, and they have yet to do anything about it. Two towers are down in this area and have been that way for about 3 weeks now. Why is it taking so long for these towers to be fixed? This is ridiculous. My job requires me to be on call, I can't recieve or make calls and its getting in the way of my job. My bills are paid on time yet I recieve crappy service. My phone force closes a lot and I have to many dropped calls. Sprint is becoming the worst carrier ever.

	I moved here from NJ. My cell phone reception was fine in NJ, but sucks in delaware. T-Mobile has too many dropped calls. I cannot talk on the phone without the signal fading for even 10mts. The customer service is courteous, but I doubt they can do anything.

	In the New Castle, DE area I get perfect reception. I travel to Bridgeton, NJ alot where I do not get very good reception. But other than that, I have not had any problems with Cingular. Although, I used to have a Motorola phone and the battery only lasted about 3 hours, and the phone was about a year old.
