I have never gotten good reception with Cingular. I recently moved from the Eklton area to newark / Bear area and thought the reception might improve, but it got worse! I get maybe half a bar, if I'm lucky. If I try to make a call, I often get a "call failed" message. At this point, i'm better off with a cup and string. Oddly, I get full bars at the Elkton Wal-mart. AT&T sucks!

I have never had a problem with my cell phone anywhere in DE, with the exception of through the valley around Montchannin Rd and Thompson Bridge Rd., even in Newark I get good reception. I have one of the least expensive phones and plans - LG VX 5200. The voice quality on this particular model is another story - just is not clear. My old model phone with the same carrier and plan was great... .but the phone bit the dust.

I HATE Sprint! Their customer service is the very worst. No 2 employees will ever give you the same answer. If you get upset they will just put you on hold, if you threaten to cancel they don't care. I was told that I qualified for another line on my plan, took time off work, picked out the phone, and was denied the activation and no supervisor cared what I had been told. They sent bills to the wrong address, denied my upgrade eligibility due to my recently servicing my phone (say what?!), overcharged for additional services, and the list goes on and on. Avoid Sprint if you don't like snakes.

Little to no signal inside or outside homes along Polly Drummond Hill Road. I see a new tower pole was added at Polly Drummond Hill Shopping Center at Linden Hill Road, but there's no equipment installed on the tower pole.

I've been a Cingular customer since 96. I've watched my service rapidly decline in the last year. Even got a new phone, thinking it was the problem. Multiple phone calls to Cingular have not improved service. Customer service, while very pleasant, have not been able to resolve my reception problem. My next step... after complaining since March, is to switch this phone for another of the same model. I don't think it's the phone and neither does Cingular, it's the coverage. It works great down in Milford, Delaware! I'm very upset that I've been paying for almost 6 months now for a phone that is useless in my own home. With 18 months of contract to go!

I just move to Deleware from Ohio, previously I had no major problems with my wireless service. But since I moved I never get any incoming calls, I can make outgoing calls. When ever people try calling me they always get the message "All circuits are busy". I have taken up the issue with T-Mobile and though their customer service agents are very courteous the end result is that problem is not solved for the last one month. Also my phone seems to have a brain of its own it just goes blank, no mention of which network or atleast a message of "No Network". I can never switch to Cingular service where both T-Mobile and Cingular are available. T-Mobile... . think twice before enrolling with them... .
