	Making and receiving calls is fine, although I have to dial the area code EVERY TIME, even when calling my neighbor. Text messaging seems to be just ok as well. Sometimes there's a lag with outgoing texts. Mobile Internet is HORRIBLE! I pay a mandatory $30 a month per line extra for data plans for our smartphones and can only access the web about 50% of the time. Service is constantly dropped and must "reconnect." Loading web pages and email is painstakingly slow. Verizon customer service is worse than horrible. I'm beyond sick of talking to rude employees and supervisors who could care less about our dilemma. We tested Sprint for 30 days last month. Service was identical to Verizon, but their customer service was a thousand times better.
