Whether inside or outside, the reception is very poor in this area (north and west of the Delaware Art Museum). Cingular doesn't seem to care about the problem, even after three reports of problems over the last two years. Does anyone know how to get Cingular's attention? Does anyone know of a carrier that provides better reception in sip code 19806? (We'd jump to it in a flash!)

No reception in my house unless I am on the second floor... .then I can get every other word. To use the phone I have to go outside and then lose about 50% of calls

Reception is sometimes spotty in my house, while it is generally OK as I get farther away. There are some pockets that don't seem to get the same quality of service as others, but nothing that stands out as being incredibly poor. Cingular's service, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired...

For years there has been varing levels of service, mostly no service. However after a number of phone calls to tech support service is restored (three bars), however after a lighting storm then there is a total failure of the system, 0 bars) for months.

This on Naamans Rd roughly from Kirkwood Fitness to Brandywine Town Centre. A caller was trying to reach me and couldn't get through. (No call indication came through at all on my end.) Caller managed to get through to someone who was with me who used Cingular. The call faded in and out, but never lost the signal. I was driving, so I don't no know how many bars of reception there were on my phone, but I'm assuming none since my phone never rang when I was being called.

Reception was adequate on my old cell phone (Siemens, also from Cingular), but my new Samsung X497 disappoints. Calls to Cingular resulted in a small improvement. We wait, with fingers crossed, for improved signal strength.

I get great reception. I am right out of Newport. I work in Downtown Wilmington and get at least two bars inside the building. Never had a dropped call. No complaints here, I love VZW.

I work at AI Dupont... .There is no reception at 202 and 141 and for the surrounding square mile.

Always a good reception, few dropped calls on I95 on my way to philly and sometimes in new castle area. But other than that calls are crystal clear 90 percent of the time, customer service is okay if you don't mind calling back to see how many times you get the same answer(to make sure it is the right answer). Very good reception in the house and in hospitals and malls.

Just awful reception. Almost every call dropped after moving to Cedar tree drive,wlmington. It was when living close to 202 / Naamans Road.
