AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SGH-X497	We switched over from an old A.T.&T. plan. Cingular assured us that we could get excellent recepetion. We haven't been able to get one bar since we got the phone. They keep calling on our land line and saying they are working on reception. I like the cell phone they gave us but am sending it back today. Before you select a celluar phone plan, check the reception area. As far as I can tell, the area south of Citra, northeast of Ocala and east of the four lane is a dead zone.
