Phone calls are garbled sometimes. Sometimes they just don't come through at all or we'll get a text or voicemail far after the time it was placed. Data rate is horrible on 3g. There is no 4g coverage. I wish I would have known of the coverage map before renewing my Sprint contract, because we just bought a house here! 2 more years of one to zero bars and 175 dollar bill. LOOK at the coverage maps before deciding on a carrier!

Very poor reception if any. Interrupted calls, dropped calls, poor service if you can even get any service. Would love to can the carrier!

Continued dropped calls, no service, intermittent service. Very poor reception. Calls to complain met with little satisfaction.

Inside my home I get no reception whatsoever, outside of Apopka though I get perfect reception.

Had Sprint for a long time but couldn't use it in the house. My son had T-Mobile and could use his in our house. I switched to T-Mobile and seldom have a problem.

Count on it dropping calls and walkie talkie in this areauntill you get to 92-C / S stinks now that Sprint joined Nextel-That Is Why I left Sprint.So Now I wil leave Nextel next moth when contract ends with 3 phones and avg bill of 3-400 month,Nextel's loss YEAH I'm Out.

We switched phones from a two year old entry level Samsung that used to drop calls constantly--and rarely showed more than a bar of service. The LG Fusic has been great--signal strength is good and call quality is very crisp and clear (in most of Orlando as well).

I have been a long time Sprint customer (7 years) but time to switch. I have little or no reception at my house. Most calls that are made are at my mailbox or backyard. Reception comes and goes. I concentrate more on where I am standing than the conversation, if there is one. Currently I have 3 phones and my average statement is around 175.00 a month. (Do the math) I have spoken with Sprint Reps., upgraded phones, testing on antenna was made, and problem still continues. Very frustrated! Contract up in November.

1 bar to nothing in the house..almost useless on entire street.. Friend has Cingular and gets 3 bars in my home and almost 5 outside. There is a tower down the street, wish I could find out which wireless companies use it. Sure is not T-Mobile. Contract runs out soon so Good-bye T-Mobile. Called T-Mobile to complain, said cell tower is 2 miles away and that they would increase the power of the tower..( was that a joke ?) What good will that do when my uplink from the phone to the tower is bad.

At best we get 1 bar of service inside / outside of our home. Can't wait till my contract is up! Not sure which carrier gets best coverage in this area, but Sprint's is terrible.

Often no signal at my house in Rock Springs Ridge. Cingular rep blames it on the materials used in construction of the house, but signal is weak outside too. I miss many calls and have many dropped calls when using my Cingular telephone at home.

I have to drive out of my mobile home park for atl least 1 / 2 mile north to get any reception atl all

Only one spot in the house has any reception at all. Signal loss if you move a foot or two! A very poor response from Sprint - I hate that their commercial spots claim they have such great coverage. Would have gone with another plan if I had known the issue before moving here.

This is a main street through Orlando, Florida. Having traveled this road many times, in the Apopka/Altamonte Springs, i have had no problem what-so-ever with my AT&T Service
