Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: U520	I don't know why but my Verizon cell service has dropped off badly just recently (11 / 10). It has affected both my phone, and my wife's 815 Motorola. There is almost a 2 bar drop in reception, and (using the cell phone as a modem) the internet reception has gone from a consistent 70% plus reception to a 50% plus reception. Customer service has no idea why there's a problem, but I'm sure there is a local cell tower issue... . maybe they're working on it or have had problems they won't admit. Sure wish they would be honest if there's a problem, but after over 11 years with Alltel / Verizon, I'm out of contract and will soon switch. I wouldn't recommend Verizon for cell use in Western Desoto / Northern Charlotte counties. My neighbor gets very good AT&T cell service. Almost full bars way out here 4 miles west of Arcadia.
