ATT cell phone service is used by elderly people in the Highland county area not only as for communication service but also as a means of emergency communication. It is very It was disappointing to find that after choosing ATT as our cellular service carrier to keep our elderly parents in constant communication incase of emergency and every day support that ATT Cell phone service is nearly non existant in the dowtown Avon Park, Fl area. With todays technology our family finds this appalling. Our family alone has 13 individual cell phones being serviced by ATT and they all work wonderfully in areas beyond the Highland County area and the types of phones vary so it is not the phones but rather the carrier. My suggestion is for ATT to put in more towers or up the wattage signal strength. This would result in better reception by ATT customer. When customers of other carriers find out that ATT customer have better reception then any other carrier they will run not walk to be a ATT customer. Another words build it and they will come! ATT is biggest shouldn't it also be the Best?

I work at Florida Hospital in Sebring and coverage in the hospital is poor to non-existent. Anywhere outdoors I do very well. I am not sure how much of this is due to the network and how much the phone. My wife and I both use the same model and it may be the best phone I have ever owned.

Not impressed with stability of signal. If you move the wrong way, your call gets dropped even if you are sitting still. Quite a few dropped calls.
