Reception here is AWFUL. 10 minutes south is just as bad. 10 minutes north is not much better. It's nearly impossible to make calls in this area. Calls that miraculously connect drop consistently. The 3G coverage is suspect. There are times when I can't even get EDGE.

I was an ATT coustomer before teh "migration" to Cingular. I had great service with AT&T from Naples to Moorhaven and for miles out on the gulf in my boat. Cingular is not worth the effort of dialing the call. Nearly every call I make or recieve since Cingular took over is terrible at best. inaudible signal... constant dropped calls and on and on. Do not use Cingular in Bonita from Naples to Cape Coral or anywhere in Southwest Florida

I had below avg to poor service until last week, now my wife (Samsung M900 - Moment) and I get 0 service at our house in this area. We have neighbors with Sprint that have noticed the same thing, that they recently lost all service at their house. Supposedly a tower just 1.5 miles away, so not sure what's up. I at least had service until then and could use my phone, now it's just a paperweight when I'm at home, or a large mp3 player.

Terrible reception west of 41 near intersection listed. Often times, depending where I am in house, phone will be in ROAMING. Less than acceptable coverage.

Terrible reception. Constant dropped calls and very poor and unsympathetic customer service. Cannot make calls within my condo and sometimes cannot even make calls outside. Get incorrect messages when dialling number. Voicemail is clumsy. I hate this company and would discourage anybody from doing business with them.
