i had AT&T here and it sucked I switched to T-Mobile and I get four bars when with AT&T I was lucky to get 1 bar edge

I receive 60% of the calls made to me. The other 40% show up hours or the next day later as a message or missed call. I can call out at any time. Phone call quality is good to fair.

Cellular and 3G reception good. 3G occasionally in and out, but normally strong (2 bars)

Recently moved from NJ. Had Verizon for years there with wonderful reception. There is no reception in my new home in Boynton Beach and the battery needs recharging too often which means it is always hunting for service. Will be switching as soon as possible.

I usually in most places have 1-2 bars, 3 on a good day. At publix I get no reception most of the time. Overall for the 70 bucks a month is costly for the average service. I wish I still had verizon.

I used Nextel for over a decade with both good and poor reception in the same areas. Last year I got tired of going outside my home to be able to use the phone. I switched to Sprint dual band service which spends most of its time in roam digital mode inside my house or gets no service at all. Sprint is about on par with the poorest Nextel service periods I experienced.

Seems that something happened in the last few months with the service and it improved. Instead of having more dropped calls than completed calls, it is now the opposite.

Reception lousy, drops connections consistently. Cell Tower is just west of the huge Boynton Beach water tower which obstructs signal. Need a tower on Federal or A1A to service the oceanfront and intercoastal communities.

Constant dropped calls. Poor customer service. Per their contract they must let you out of the contract with no penilties if they can not provide service at a decent level. During hurricanes the service was non-existent for over 2 weeks. I am switching to cingular... they had the best reception during the hurricanes.

I've switched to Cingular from TMobile and there is no comparison. Cingular is much better inside and outside when I'm using my phone. TMobile's customer service and network can be summed up with one word - lousy.

Very poor, if any reception in the house

channel blocking, dropped calls, very poor audio sounds like I've had a stroke or drunk.

Horrible coverage along I-95 in N. Broward and central Palm Beach Counties. Dropped calls and calls sent to voice mail with delayed notice. Seems worse with new I-830 than old I-1000 phone!

Great Phone, EXCELLENT service all over the state of florida, never experienced bad reception, had service in orlando during the hurricanes. great service inside buildings and elevators. plans get expensive with 4 or more phones on it, but its worth it for always having reception.

top grade customer service and reception

My Sprint service is horrible. It gets decent bars outside, but indoors it searches for service that is not there. Many of my friends have Cingular and get perfect services everywhere, I think I am going to switch when my contract ends.

Signal in / out. Can't get reception nearby in home.

Between the turnpike and Boynton Beach Blvd. south to past Woolbright and east to Jog Rd. reception is poor at best. Can't use service in my house.

Reception indoors is almost non-existant. Miss almost all calls.

one half mile north of Boynton Beach Boulevard in Ponte Vecchio Sub Division reception is poor.
