Had no problems at all with T-Mobile until Oct 30th. Went 3 days with NO SERVICE unless I drive 1-2 miles away then service comes back and everything fine. Called T-Mobile they state there is a tower issue at skyline school they are working on. Nov 2nd service came back ok. Now Nov.12th it started again with random NO SERVICE when I am at home, No text, no calls. Anyone calling me goes right to voicemail. Service will come back and go out on and off at any given time. Called them again they said they are still working on the problem. It is better then the 3 days of zero service but this is NUTS! Can't even dial 911 when its out. When serive is out no texting no calls. Get message that says no network and can't even manually connect to network, as it says not allowed or not avail. Phone keeps showing searching when service is down. After 3 years of being HUGE FANS might have to look to Verizon. T-Mobile was awesome UNTIL the talks of AT&T merger. Its the AT&T CURSE! I will give them one more week to get this fixed or I am going to Verizon or someone else. NOT AT&T they suck,

I don't know why metro PCS can't have 3g in cape coral nor 4g. This is stupid why do they make 3g phones like 4 example Samsung admire yet they don't have 3g. They skipping it. They going straight to 4g lte. But still no 4g in cape coral. Stupid in complicated metro pcs.

I can sit in a chair, not moving, and watch my bars range from 0-4 and back in a matter of seconds. I can't have a conversation that lasts longer than 10 minutes without the call being dropped. Very bad reception and AT&T isn't willing to do anything about it. Their customer service is pathetic.

My phone worked in Charley and never skips a beat.. love Verizons performance.. a little pricey, but reliable as the day is long!

Metro is Good for someone that doesn't go anywhere. if you want good service everywhere go with sprint. I had metro before and it was okay. but the service sucks.

We've had Verizon for 3 years now and have had great reception all throught out Florida. I haven't found a spot withou a signal yet. Also good reception from NJ to Florida along rt 95. No reason to change.

have been with Alltel for years. always have had good reception all over cape coral and fort myers. the guys at the local store are great.

Do not count on Nextel if you want good reception in Lee County. Their service coverage is horrible at my house, I can be sitting next to the phone, and it will voice mail alert, when it never rang. I drop calls all the time and if I do get a call that I can acutally hear I can't move an inch. Mobile phone HA! I've upgraded software, got new batteries, put in trouble tickets ( to check towers) was told they are putting in new towers, (who knows when) I'm paying the $200 early termination fee and am going phone free (Bliss)

Phone always works. Even where others fail. Our company couldn't servive without our nextels. Just make sure to get a good phone, not the free one.

Swaped to T Mobile from Sprint PCS 2 days ago. Had excellent reception till recently. Now dropped calls and intermitent reception. I should have stayed with Sprint PCS.
