Lot of dropped calls inside my house, antenna signal is very weak only one to two bars and even with WiFi calling I still get dropped calls.

No signal even with Sprint's Airave GPS signal booster. Never gets texts or calls near in / outside my home. Wifi doesn't help in this case also due to lack of current provider's service.(CenturyLink dsl). Looking into other carriers at this point.

Okay this is T mobile in Crestview. Southwest and western portion amazing coverage I have LTE all day. Southeastern Credtview is horrible 2 blocks off of 85 and 0 signal. Central and Northern Crestview is ok but not LTE everywhere I go. All in all I'm happy because where I live I have LTE all the time.

Verizon's signal is good until I get home, when I reach my sub-division the signal starts to fall. As soon as I reach my yard there is no signal and if there is its one bar and no data. Called Verizon many times on the issue and they told me I had 2 choices, get a network extender or cancel my contract. But I would have to pay more money to have a signal I already pay for, and the extender they cannot guarantee it will work. this is unsat and we should not have to pay additional for service we already pay for. Since they say they have the best network in the country. So poor service

My wife and I switched from Verizon to t mobile wanting to save a few bucks. We checked the coverage map and all good for crestview to egin afb. We got the phones int ft walton than headed home. On 123 I noticed my phone on edge mode-2g, Got home still on 2g. I've called t mobile twice in 2 days to fix it. They said they are sending out an engineer and not to call again because there wont be any new information for the next 72 business hours. Needless to say if we don't get 4g in crestview and eglin we are going back to verizon... thank got for the 14 day buyers remorse.

My reception varies south of I-10 east on John King but I hardly ever get dropped calls. I am a long time AT&T user and that should tell you that I am satisfied with their service. Would really like to have 3G service here in Crestview though. I think the Edge system is way too slow to be paying for it. The 3G coverage in Fort Walton Beach is way faster.

Phone reception is so horrible... I can't call anyone and when I do get a hold of someone you can't hear past the buzz. Family plan and they have different phones same problem.

OMG... for the amount of money AT&T charges you'd think you can use the telephone without having to stand completely still in one spot or bammm call dropped. It's just as good as talking through two cans and a string.

We recently moved to Crestview and switched to AT&T. We went into the store and the sales person boasted about how much greater their reception is here so we took the bait and invested in the iPhone. Horrible decision! When I went back into the store, thinking it was my phone, I was told I get bad service because I live south of I-10 and I needed to buy a booster for $150, which I refuse. If you travel between Crestview and Eglin, FORGET talking on your phone. Half the conversation is bubbly sounding and then your call gets dropped. This has happened to me every day since getting this service 2 weeks ago. Beware!
