never a loss of signal. LTE shining bright on the ip5, and averaging 22mbps down and 5mbps up. From Sprint (-4G) to this is quite amazing... ... best thing I ever did.

Can't get service in my home. Have to go outside to make a call, then the service is on Edge. What to do Oman emergency?

in my building at 5111 South Ridgewood, Port Orange, Florida, calls ofter break or drop. Internet not possible. Along Dunlawton, better, but slow on internet. Overall give Sprint a 4 on 10 scale. They raised data fee $10 per line when I upgraded my family's phones. That's nice when you can actually use a smart phone. Along I-4 near Deland, forget it. drops the calls 7 out of 10 times.

The reception fluctuates. I can hear the other people but my voice cuts in and out. I have to roam the house the entire call.

Verizon provides extremely poor service in this area. I can travel all over the USA and get great service but can't get reliable cell service at my own home. Verizon pretends to help but I really believe it's all smoke and mirrors, in an attempt to save money or sell upgraded 4G phones. Their cell service gets worst and worst, but to tell you the truth every service provider in this area pretty much sucks. I have a tower less than 100 yards away but I guess it's not Verizon. Their solution to the problem is to install a Network Extender. I already pay too much now and not a penny more. They should give me one as part of their so called good service and their not 100% happy unless the customer is. I'AM NOT HAPPY!

Using smart phones for internet is a joke. Only good for texting and phone which works less than half the time. In case of emergency it is hit or miss. May as well have a whistle and smoke signals. I see the commercials promising amazing things with current technology, but truly have never experienced it. But at least no contract with T-Mobile. All of these services are overpriced. I pay $175 for little or nothing... at least for now.

I digitally roam with Alltel in Daytona Beach and get better reception than the ppl that have local carriers. I can talk from the shoreline to the back of walmart with no problems.

The signal varies across campus. In my dorm (student village) I consistently have 5 bars, and even in the stairwells and elevators I only drop down to 3 or 4. It's about the same with my AT&T friends. My T-Mobile friends average about 2 or 3 bars there and none in the stairwells. In some buildings (Lehman engineering building for example) I drop down to between 1 and 3 bars depending on where I am where my T-Mobile and AT&T friends get 1 if they're lucky Outside I get at least 3 to 4 bars no matter where I am

Sprint should have left Nextel alone on fixed their own problems.Nextel was fine until they merged and brought their problems with them including poor customer service ! I will be switching soon with no regrets.

Phone works great, no probs with coverage. Hybrid phone bad choice because if you need customer service, you better have atleast 20 mins hold time and be prepared to be transferred about 2 or 3 times to different departments. Bad customer service, and when I switched to hybrid phone me number got lost, had to get a new one. Of course, no credit towards bill
