If the first bar turns any color other than full red, I am happy. I constantly get "I can't hear you" or just lose calls. A tower closer to Lake Monroe would help out tremendously.

Tried switching from Verizon to AT&T for cost reasons. Reception sketchy at best. Too many dead areas in house and the fact that we have no landline this was unacceptable. Switch back to Verizon. More costly but the reliability is something you can't put a $ on.

Have tried AT&T, Boost, and Metro PCS and they all SUCK. Reception inside the house is ZERO. If I go down to the end of my driveway I might get a bar once out of every 10 times. I'm fed up with how much money we paid for service and how little satisfaction we get. They suck us in by the deals they offer on NEW phones we want. Can't believe they just put a Metro PCS store in at 415 and Howland. For what??? Its disgusting!

This phone has far less reception then our old Nokia 3160b and this was supposed to be a far better phone. ALSO there is NO reception near Tomoka Landfill on SR 415 at all.

Good reception through area with no drops I can think of. Although the "can you hear me now" is pretty false advertising...

Constantly get dropped. Constantly get network busy our call failed when trying to generate a call. This is in spite of having 4-5 bars.

To all you Cingular customers, try to power phone on / off for at least five minutes a day. Cingular does not tell you that they send you updates which you do not recieve unless you turn off your phone each day for five minutes. I tired this and get crystal reception inside home and out!

Outside the house is average, inside the house changes depends on how you hold the phone, what room etc... The following phones have the same problem all with Cingular (which I love) Motorola v551, v557, older Motorola phone Nokia 22##, 36## I say ## because I can't remember the exact model numbers. The problem may be due to power lines running right behind the house.
