Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG VX3300	No Problems on the main roads (3-5 Bars). Big Problems off the main Roads and at home (0-1 Bars.) Overpriced for quality of service when compared to competing companies. Customer Service is hit and miss. Apparently undertrained staff usually answers after long wait. Typical big Corporate inefficiency. Had to update name and address seven times before they got my address right. Still misspell my name, however.
