Along Las Olas from Hendricks Isle to Royal palm - no bars. Again on A1a from Bayshore to Vistamar - no bars. These are heavily populated areas, yet there is no service. Repeated calls to T-Mobile have shown they do not follow through when customers have problems. They have a list of excuses, and now say that Motorola has lowered their frequency due to radiation concerns, and suggest I upgrade to another phone at my expense, because the problem is with Motorola.
I have a love hate relationship with my Blackberry. Inside my house the reception is horrible, constant drop calls! There is also a dead spot right across the street from Bally's Total Fitness that kills my calls all the time. I used to have Metro PCS and the service worked ok. I'm not sure if I should blame my phone or T-Mobile.
Ever since I was forced to upgrade from a Nokia 6360 to a Cingular 3125 due to an AT&T system upgrade, I have had dropped calls between Sunrise Blvd.Southbound A1A to Harbor Beach (South of 17th Causeway Intracoastal Bridge) and Sunrise Blvd.Northbound on Bayview Drive. Do not plan on any reception at Blue Martini in the Galleria Mall.
Despite it's poor ratings on this website, AT&T has been great for me! I've had it for about a year now (switched from Sprint) and have never had any signal issues whatsoever!
I had AT&T / Cingular, but had BAD reception in my home. T-Mobile was one of the providers that worked in here. Even in the elevator at my work place in Las Olas blvd I have excellent reception.
