can not hear... .talk plain or dropped calls reception is terrible... ... anyone visiting me cant use their cells as well... .could be the location

I get very little reception in the areas once I get away from Fort Walton and head toward Crestview until I get about 5 miles from I-10 in Crestview

Reception is poor at my home and many other areas around my town. Often the signal strength rises and falls without me moving. It is very disappointing if I am standing still and lose signal strength in the middle of a conversation with someone important.

Very good through most of Fort Walton Beach, inside and out.

T-Mobile wasn't too bad to begin with when I used them but they are now probably a pretty bad provider to have in fort walton beach. They are completely digital and have very few roaming partners which means their coverage blows in this area. I occasionally have full bars on my phone yet a lot of times my mother or I will be on the phone and the voice is staticy and robotic. There are lots of areas where the bars will go from full to completely none. T-Mobile is a "bargain company". Many will argue there not a bad provider but if you drive a lot or are inside say a larger building they are crap. Get T-Mobile if you like walking on beaches or like to stand 30 feet from a phone tower.

I have wonderful reception with T-Mobile. 0 dropped calles. At times I am VERY unhappy with their customer service, however reception is quite good. I have had the same service for 8 years... says alot!

Just started today 22 Feb 12..phone switches from 3G to 1X with 1-2 bars... even can't find internet a lot of times will be downloading page and will cut out have to try and try 2-4 times b4 it finally loads and yes I've turned off the phone many times. Definitely had great 3g service b4 now

I just recently signed up for Verion and everywhere we have gone the signal is really good. At times it seems to be lower than t-mobiles but even when I'm at 1 bar the call is very clear and never breaks up. T-Mobile at times will be at 3 bars on my other phone and the voice will be grainy and breaking up. Verizon seems to not drop out at all. They truely do stick to their word of being the number 1 provider.

Verizon is TERRIBLE on Okaloosa Island. I repeatedly drop calls at my apartment because the service is so bad. Very frustrating!! Verizon is supposed to be the best service out there.
